Oxelvägen 7 – Behind the Scenes
In the filmproject Oxelvägen 7 I investigate the borders between documentary and fictionary work. The themes have been established through improvisations and conversations together with the young actors of the film. These documentary parts have later been revised by a script writer and the young actors play themselves in fictive parts. The shortfilm Oxelvägen 7 – a reality-script-fiction is an investigation of the human being as a group creature and the struggle to be made visible in regard to the rules of the play and demand of adaptation. The shortfilm portrays the fragile search for identityin in the teenage years, where childhood friendship is set against the need to be recognised in new settings.

Robby, who lives at Oxelvägen 7, is having a birthday. His close friend Ludde and his girl friend Angela come by, but the celebration gets off to a slow start. When some of Angela’s friends turn up the atmosphere lightens up but innocent jokes turn into harassment and conflicts arise.
